Privacy policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
At eduardothomas.com I respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data I process, why, and your rights, in line with Panama's Law 81 of 2019 on personal data protection.
Controller
Eduardo Thomas, systems engineer, Panama City. Contact: hola@eduardothomas.com · WhatsApp +507 6150-8755.
What data I process
- Data you send me by WhatsApp, email or the contact form (which opens WhatsApp with your message): name, business, phone, email and what you tell me about your project. The form does not store data on this site.
- Data to receive guides or updates, if you subscribe in the future: name, email and, if provided, your WhatsApp and type of business.
- Aggregated browsing data: I may use analytics tools that don't use cookies or identify you personally (for example, pages visited and country).
- Demos: example pages only show the business name included in the link; they don't collect data from visitors.
Why I use it
- To answer your questions and prepare check-ups, demos and proposals.
- To deliver the services you hire.
- To send you the guides or updates you requested (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To improve this website.
I don't sell or rent your data. I only share it with providers needed to operate (such as web hosting, email or messaging), who process it under my instructions.
How long I keep it
For as long as our relationship lasts or as needed for the purpose you provided it for, and then for the time required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, deletion or objection to the use of your data, and its portability, by writing to hola@eduardothomas.com. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can contact Panama's National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll publish the new version here with its date.
